MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. MEETINGS AND IN-SERVICE TIMES Reference: Fair Labor Standards Act. POLICY: Hourly Employees must be paid for meetings and in-service training sessions in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). PROCEDURE: All meetings and in-service sessions will be considered as hours worked with the exception of the following: · Attendance is outside of the Employee’s regular working hours · Attendance is voluntary The meeting or in-service is not directly related to the Employee’s job and the Employee does not perform any productive work during the session.
